Modelling of formation of professionally-ethical competency of future bachelors of law

The paper proves the relevance of building professionally-ethical competency of future bachelors at a higher law education institution which is determined by the implementation of a life-long education concept and improvement of competent specialists’ training. The author conducts a theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to the formation of professionally-ethical competency in bachelors of law. There is the author’s own model of formation of professionally-ethical competency as the theoretical basis for getting new knowledge on the subject via inter-penetration of the content of traditional education subjects to create a unified moral potential of an educational process at a higher law education institution; its components and blocks described. Basing on the empirical experimental work the author reveals the criteria of effectiveness of formation of professionally-ethical competency in future bachelors of law. These criteria help in estimating the level of its formation: low (amorphous), middle (local situational) and high (autonomous).
