Modeling stress condition of thin-walled body parts accounting casting defects

The test of strain condition of thin-walled body part has been proceeded with the help of program COSMOSWorks. The boundary conditions has been developed according to construction features and external environments. The strain has been calculated von Mises criterion. Spherical hollow spaces has been involved to the model, which imitate casting defects such as blebs and non-metal impurities
