Modelling of nonlinear development of perturbations in a thin liquid layer at waveformation

The mathematical model of the wave flow of a non-isothermal liquid film is shown. Wave characteristics (frequency, increment, phase velocity) are calculated under inhomogeneity of surface tension. The areas of wave modes of liquid film are determined. Within nonlinear parabolic equation nonlinear development of perturbances is analyzed. It is shown that there is a phenomenon of directed transfer of energy to the wave in the region of maximum increment.
