The modeling of separation process of sunflower seeds in vertical pneumochannel of wind-sieve seed cleaning machines

The optimal speed of air stream in vertical pneumochannal of seed cleaning machines at the separation of sunflower seeds is determined. Shifting trajectories of components in pneumochannal are calculated. It appeared that differentiation of seeds in present conditions is non-effective. The construction supply mechanism in vertical pneumochannal is improved. Differential equations of sunflower seeds shifting are made. The effectiveness of the modernized cleaning machine is shown.
