Modelling of processes of accomplishment of the state services in the solution of the task of increase in management efficiency

In article benefits of use of information technologies in public authorities are considered. Now the policy of active informatization of state bodies and transfer of the state and municipal services to an electronic form is pursued. Creation of the single infrastructure of the electronic government (SIEG) is possible by integration of information systems of public authorities. A prior development stage of an information system of state body is creation of its functions and the rendered services in the form of model of business processes. The author adduces arguments of application of methodology of modeling of business processes in government institutions. As an example of modeling of business processes the state service "Issue and Cancellation of the Hunting Ticket" of executive body is considered. Results of the conducted research have theoretical and applied practical value in the course of development of the specification on creation of an information system of public authority.
