Modeling of system of personnel management of the educational organization

There are new questions in the pedagogical workers training in the condition of modernization of an education system. The authors of this article consider a personnel management system in the special school №. 1 of Ulan-Ude, the main objectives of the closed type educational institution, the using of the correctional developing programs for development of the personality. Formation of the new personnel policy capable to support the professional level of members of collective can become the solution of tasks.
