The article deals with the actual problem of the polysubjective interaction of a coach and athletes in football. Research activity suggests that polysubject interaction contributes to the development of a high level of professional reflection, which characterizes the activity of the coach as a researcher interested in a deep analysis of those models of polysubject interaction that he designed himself. This contributes to the professional growth of the coach, which in turn is an opportunity for self-realization, both for the coach and the pupil.
