Modernization of the investment financing mechanism for sustainable regional development

The sustainable development of the region cannot be implemented without upgrading the mechanism of financing investment projects of innovation active economic agents, the existing methods have shown to be ineffective, not allowing to modernize the Russian economy and its transition to an innovative social-oriented type of development. Internationally, one of the most effective mechanisms for attracting resources, including for innovation process is to enter the stock market through IPO, which is a mechanism to implement the conditions of Russian reality, developed by the author.
