The article discusses the design of the proposed pump for pumping curd through a pipeline. The disadvantage of the rotary piston pump under consideration is that it slowly pumps products that do not flow under the action of gravity (in our case, cottage cheese), since such a product cannot, under its own weight, move through the nozzle into the housing. The modernization of the pump ensures a stable advance of the product inside the pump casing until it comes into contact with the rotors, which increases its productivity by 50%, and hence the productivity of the curd production shop. All parts in contact with the products of the modernized pump design are made of 12X18H10T stainless steel, approved for contact with dairy products.
