Modernization of system of teachers' retraining at the Chuvash institute of education during the last thirty years of XX century and the beginning of XXI century

The article presents the analysis of the work of Chuvash Institute of Education concerning studying, generalization of experience and professional development of teachers in the republic and Chuvash
