In the production of ice cream, an important technological process is the preparation of a mixture of ice cream. The article deals with a filler mixer consisting of a jacketed body with a stirrer inside. The disadvantage of the design of the filler mixer under consideration is the uneven supply of ingredients into the container through the top feed opening, which significantly reduces product quality and machine productivity. The modernized mixer allows for fast and high-quality mixing of ice cream components with a significant improvement in reliability indicators, and also improves the hygienic component of the mixing process due to the lack of contact between human hands and the product.
