Modernization of territorial allocation of innovative systems as a way of increase of regional competitiveness

The competitiveness of modern economy of the countries is defined by the success of the realization of the innovative model of the economic growth. In the article the features of the development of the innovative infrastructure as a basic factor of the formation and the development of national and regional innovative systems influencing stability, competitiveness, balance of social and economic development of Russia and regional economic complexes at the beginning of the XXI century is analyzed. Regional distinctions of the indicators characterizing the results and the conditions of the innovative activity are shown. Modern features of formation and functioning of the innovative space of Russia from the point of view of allocation of regional resources are displayed, and also the problems of their management are studied, a number of offers concerning the improvement of these processes is formulated.
