Modified wavelet-transformation. Conception and application

The conception of modification for wavelet transformation (WT) is given. The construction is based on analogy with generalized form of Fourier transformation, on using the Radon transformation method and on flexible form of scaling for designed modified wavelet transformation (MWT). The MWT (and especially its mode with additional scaling) have superior performance over tradition WT. This relate to the problem of increasing informational-significant component of signal by means of lowering the noise level, including the problem of two dimensional signal analysis, - reconstructing the image that is distorted by concomitant noise (by existence of so termed blur).
