Modular technology with level-style differentiation as instrumental foundation of rural schoolteachers’ didactic system

The analysis of scientific approaches determining the concept of “didactic system” revealed its characteristic features differentiating this notion from the concept of “didactic process”. The interconnection of these categories is shown on the example of didactics applied in rural schools. The author’s definition of the didactic process in specific conditions of rural schools serves as a foundation for constructing a model of the didactic system employed by rural teachers. The methodological idea of the model is based on the unity of integration and differentiation processes in the didactic field of rural education. The instrumental basis of the didactic system in focus is an educational module with the level-stylish differentiation and with the accent on didactic possibilities of this complex technology aimed at correction of negative features inherent to rural education. The relevance and perspectives of modular training based on level-stylish differentiation for rural schools is substantiated by the requirements provided by the Federal State Educational Standards.
