On 32 inbred sunflower lines on 8 isoenzyme systems were prepared passports. Originality of collection is 75%. It is shown that usage of 14 primers for PGR detected 79 DNA fractions, 25 of those were polymorphic. It is shown that detected polymorphic products of amplification were inherited as dominant type.
