Molecular-genetic analysis of field isolated of the Newcastle disease virus extracted in Tajikistan

The Newcastle disease virus has caused diseases and death of poultry in the Republic of Tajikistan in recent years. Outbreaks of Newcastle disease have reported in poultry farms in the Sughd region and areas of republican subordination in the period from 2014 to 2017. Based on the results of sequencing, the selected field strain has compared with other strains of the Newcastle disease virus in the GeneBank Internet database using the MEGA6 software package. The results of the study showed that strains of Newcastle disease virus isolated from poultry in Tajikistan during the period from 2014 to 2017 belong to Avulavirus of birds of serotype- 1, genotype- 7.
