Researches in JSC Prikamye of the Karakulinsky region of the Udmurt Republic on dairy efficiency, on qualitative composition of milk of cows of golshtinsky, ayrshirsky, black and motley breeds are conducted. The milk received from cows of ayrshirsky breed, differs the increased biological and nutritional value. According to the maintenance of a mass fraction of fat and protein of a cow of golshtinsky breed concede for 0,14% and for 0,08% for cows of black and motley breed; for 0,19% and for 0,05% for ayrshirsky breed.
