Milk productivity and qualitative composition of cow's milk when using protein concentrate «Escorm»

The article presents the results of feeding the protein concentrate "ESKORM" on milk productivity and quality of raw milk of cows. Introduction of the studied concentrate into the composition of lactating cows' diets helps to maintain the level of milk productivity, and the severity of the observed effect is inversely proportional to the rate of its introduction into the composition of the animals' diet. Feeding the protein concentrate "ESKORM" in the composition of cows' diets in the amount of 1.0 and 1.5 kg leads to a reliable increase in the mass fraction of protein in milk by 0.15...0.18 %, a decrease in acidity by 0.78...1.56 %, respectively.
