Milk yield and milk quality of cows in the conditions of polumetallic pollution of agroecosystems

The results of the effect of probiotic "EM-Vita" in combination with chitosan on milk production and quality of milk cows in the iron-cadmium-lead contamination of environmental components of LLS "Zaozerny" Varna district of Chelyabinsk region are given in the article. The combined use of drugs (probiotic + chitosan) showed an increase in total protein content in the milk of cows of the experimental group at 16,25%, fat content - 12,13%, casein - 18,82%, lactose - 23,16%, dry matter - 5,56%, dry non-fat - 5,74%. Milk yield of cows in 305 days of lactation on the background of "EM-Vita" in combination with chitosan increased by 19,41%.
