The nature of metabolic processes in the cows organisms has a major influence on the milk production level and affects the physical and chemical composition of milk. The positive influence of energy feed supplements and premixes in the experimental fat and protein in milk are described. The dependence between the content of trace elements in milk and the supply of their animals was found.
