In accordance with the final conclusion made by the authors of the article, the fundamental task of all state and public institutions responsible for implementing policies in the fields of family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood should be to popularize the institution of a prosperous young family, in which a married couple is traditionally created at a young age, focused on the birth and upbringing of children based on Russian traditional family values.
