According to the priority national project «Agriculture development» in Omsk area is conducted system and systematic work on development of dairy animal industries, increase of volumes of milk-raw materials and expansion of assortment of dairy products for maintenance of food safety of the population of Omsk area. Thus the primary goal of dairy branch is reception of qualitative and safe milk-raw materials and its rational use.
