Monitoring of the state services quality performed by government authorities

The article analyzes the monitoring of the state services quality performed by government authorities in order to reveal the practical directions of rendering services improvement, particularly in the social issues. The author researches the regulatory data basis of state services rendering, the results of monitoring in 2010 and proposition of Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation for the future periods, as well as the steps taken to improve the monitoring activities for the development of social services.
