Monitoring the quality of management in the organization

In modern practice, there are several approaches to assessing the quality of management: compliance with standards, implementation of management functions, achievement of goals, and others. The article discusses the methodology for applying various approaches to assessing the quality of management of MTS PJSC, the findings prove that the approaches used give a similar assessment of the quality of organization management, but the ways of improvement are different.
