This research work presents a comparative analysis of changes in the central hemodynamics, as determined by body tetrapolar chest rheography 400 boys at primary health group 10-11 years, divided into groups of different types of constitutions and on the types of the nervous system. Revealed the following significant differences in the structure of the hemodynamic response, depending on the type of constitution: hypersthenics have the lowest heart rate (HR), have the lowest numbers of specific peripheral resistance (UPS) and the highest numbers the stroke volume (CRM), stroke index (MI) and systolic blood pressure (BPs). High BPs have hypersthenics ensured to a large extent due to the high level CRM (MI), and to a lesser extent by increasing the UPS. Lower heart rate parameters in hypersthenics compared with astenikov and normostenik due to the predominance of excitation of the parasympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system. The high status of the UPS provides high levels of BPs in astenikov to a greater extent than the CRM. In the group of boys with a weak nervous system it was found widest dynamics (variation) HR indicators, indicating that the active participation of the parasympathetic nervous system. Knowledge of hemodynamics in patients with different types of biomedical constitution has value to determine the boundaries of the norm and pathology. At this age (10-11 years) completed a growth surge, and has not started puberty; begin to appear individually-typological features of the constitutional body. According to the body proportions of the child is very similar to the adult, but his legs are relatively shorter and much narrower shoulders.
