The author treats the problem of pedagogic monitoring as the system of observing, tracing and exploring the course and results of the process of pupils personality development. The principles and basic directions of this process investigation are determined. As the basic personality development criteria its integral characteristics such as reflexivity, self-determination capability and creativity are taken into consideration.
