Monitoring the perception of the course “Fundamentals of Russian statehood” in the context of the political socialization of students

The author examines the current state of monitoring the perception of Russian students and teachers of the course “Fundamentals of Russian Statehood”. Aspects such as assessment of the expediency of the discipline, its most interesting and most complex topics, lack of knowledge for effective mastering of the material, assessment of forms of work and the main problems of implementation are touched upon. Based on the comparative analysis and synthesis of the results of the available surveys, a generalized portrait of the target audience of this module has been formed. The portrait is represented by such parameters as socio-psychological characteristics, educational training characteristics, perception characteristics of various forms of educational work and the formation of political values. The usefulness of the existing variety of surveys on the topic of course perception is noted. The article describes the importance of expanding the geography, the composition of respondents and the time period of monitoring, as well as its importance as a tool for political socialization of students in the context of geopolitical transformations and the axiological sovereignty of the Russian Federation.
