It is carried out research of interrelation of a morpho-functional state and features of cytokine regulation of immune system with the basic clinical symptoms of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) and juvenile sclerodermia (JSCL) at children in large industrial center. 219 children, from them 143 with JIA and 76 with JSCL are surveyed. Lymphocytes subpopulation structure (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, CD19+, CD95+, HLA-DR+) are defined by means of monoclone antibodies by method of indirect immunofluo-rescense. By the help of IFA method in blood Serum it was defined spontaneous cytokines secretion: IL- 4, IL-8, FNO-, -INF. Uniform changes in immune system functioning at children suffering from JIA and JSCL are revealed. The defining moment in formation of autoimmune reactions at JIA and JSCL at children is diversdirected changes of apoptosis process of the basic lymphocytes subpopulations, defined on cytomorphometrical parameters and maintenance of lymphocytes, carring CD95+ receptor. Changes of cytokines profile at children, suffering from JIA and JSCL, confirm autoimmune character of inflamma-tion and at the same time reveal essential distinctions in the mechanisms underlying in formation of pathogenetic features of each disease.
