The purpose of this experiment was to study in the experiment the advantages of forming large intestine anastomoses with the metal-structure with thermomechanical memory of nickel titanium in comparison with the traditional anastomosing method. The experiment was performed on mongrel dogs by applying compression and ligature anastomoses. Morphofunctional changes in the tissues of the intestinal wall of the compression and ligature anastomoses are observed in the article. The experimental study has been conducted on mongrel dogs. The tissues of the intestinal wall in the anastomosis region have been examined histologically. Control over the timing of rejection and evacuation of metal structures has been carried out using radiography of the abdominal cavity organs. On the basis of experimental data, it has been concludedthat the use of compression anastomoses in the formation of colonic anastomoses has more favorable conditions of healing in the zone of anastomosis than with ligature anastomosis. Rejection and the evacuation of the construction take place on a predictable date.
