The article involves anatomicotopographic, histological and clinical reasoning of usage of uterine nerves paracervical blocking in cases of hyperplasia of uterine mucosa in dogs. The present study determines special anatomicotopographic aspects of female dog’s extraorganic nerves of internal genital organs situated in extraperitoneal part of pelvic cavity, morphological and clinical sings developing in affected area in cases of colpoptosis in dogs in course of the second half of estrus. The undertaken morphological and clinical researches suggest the most effective methods of conservative treatment of dogs with the signs of uterine hyperplastic disfigurement.
