The aim of the present study was determination of possible effect of Polyoxidonium® on accumulation in the mammary gland of cows before calving immunoglobulins and other immunogenic factors, the allocation of a part of colostrum, as well as the influence of these factors on the formation of colostral immunity and nonspecific resistance in newborn calves after feed on colostrum them. Noted increased the number of erythrocytes, leukocytes, the level of total protein, especially albumins and gammaglobulins, hemoglobin after 6 hours of birth calves in experimental compared to control animals.
