Morphological features of spleen growing chickens in conditions of minimum antigen load

The article presents the results of histological examination of the spleen chicken egg cross Hajseks brown, grown without vaccination. The characteristic features of the morphological structure of the spleen for each age period, while a clear separation of the red and white pulp, as well as the age of achieving full development of the body. Substantiated proposal for the use of the spleen as a marker of post-vaccination complications.
