The article deals with the evaluation of buildings - Cultural Heritage with morphological analysis, which is more objective in comparison with the various proposed systems of coefficients and can be used to evaluate almost any object. For example, using the cost approach basically shows how you can make the intangible asset inherent in every monument of cultural heritage, and take it into account when assessing the cost. Development of methodology for assessment of cultural heritage on the basis of morphological analysis to avoid errors associated with the appointment of various levels of rank and other factors that will eventually lead to an objective value of the object.
