Materials and methods: The eperement studies were conducted in dogs with the intestinal form of parvovirus enteritis flow, of which two groups (control and test) was formed. In the therapeutic regimen of the animals of the experimental group was applied drug "Azoksivet" in the 3mg / 10kg dose intravenously. Animals were bled for hematological and biochemical analysis. The investigtion results, as a result, use of the drug "Azoksivet", on the 5th day of treatment, we observed difference between state animal control and experimental groups: At dogs of experimental group was absent vomiting and diarrhea, these symptoms were present in the control group. With hematological analysis, it was found that the 5-th day of therapy in the experimental group the number of blood leukocytes greater by 23% due to lymphocytes and eosinophils. Based on the results of biochemical analyzes, it was concluded that the toxic effect of the disease in dogs was neutralized of experimental group on 5th day of therapy. The animals in the control group biochemical parameters of liver profile approached the lower limit of normal, just 10-day experiment. The mean duration of the disease in the experement group was 8 days, that is 27% lower than the control group. The percentage of sequelas in experimental group was 20%, and 26.6% in the control.
