Morphometric characteristics mesonephric proximal tubules in the embryogenesis of syrian hamsters (Mesocricetus auratus)

The work is performed on 277 embryos of the Syrian hamster (Mesocricetus auratus) obtained from females with dated gestation days 8-13 days coitus with an interval of 6 hours, which corresponds to the 11-20 th stages of developmen, in Вudget organization “Khanty - Mansiysk state medical Academy”. Сopulation of animals was conducted from 18 to 20 hours during the summer period 2012-2014. The Embryos were fixed in 10 % neutral formalin (“BioVitrum”, Saint-Petersburg), embedded in paraffin wax. Paraffin sections with a thickness of 3 µm were stained with hematoxylin and eosin Karachi and subjected to light microscopy using a microscope Axio Imager Z1 (Zeiss, Germany). Were studied in primary kidney with the use of light microscopy, morphometry, statistical analysis using the program AxioVision 4.6.3 were. Measured diameters of a tubules, gleams of a tubules with the subsequent definition of sectional areas, a gleam, epithelium on a formula S = πА²/4. In each group of embryos studied 80-170 tubules. Comparative analysis of the morphometry of the proximal tubules in absolute and relative terms allows to distinguish in phase III during the lifetime of the primary kidney. Stage I is the stage of formation mesonephric tubules, there is a pattern, when in the initial stages of embryogenesis is the formation of mesonephros. Tubules are characterized by maximum dimensions with a gradual decrease to the stage of functional activity. Stage II is the stage of the functional activity. The presence of significant vasculo-proximately contacts, secretory activity and the maximum magnitude of the clearance evidence of the functional activity of this segment of mesonephroma. The completion of the period of existence of primary kidney occurs during the period after 13 days of 6 hours of embryonic development is stage III (18-20 stages), characterized by the involution of the structures of the mesonephros.
