Motivations and emotions in the system of mental regulation of delinquent behaviour of marginal juveniles

The article analyzes the current state of the juvenile unlawful behaviour problem. The authors describe delinquent and marginal personality: environment influences their behaviour. The authors consider authority weakness, drawbacks of legislation and other negative phenomena in society as the causes of unlawful behaviour.
