Motivating people to get higher education

Currently, more and more attention is paid to personal motivation, especially in the field of education. As a result, the authors of the article aim to identify and analyze both the general hierarchy of motives for higher education and the factors influencing the level of motivation based on an empirical study conducted among young people aged 17 to 25 years. The result of the analysis is the presented conclusions based on the collected data.
