Staff motivation in Russia and Armenia on the example of the theory of generations X, Y, Z

The scientific article is aimed at identifying the topic of relevant motivational groups on the basis of the distribution of the groups X, Y, Z in Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia. The paper provides a visual description of this theory in the field of staff motivation. Then, an analysis of motivational levers in the production organizations of the two countries is carried out. The aspirations of specialists of different breeds are also highlighted and their features are identified.
