The teacher motivation: creativity and collaborative environment

The study considers the role of motivation in the professional activity of a teacher, the influence of creativity and autonomy in the choice of methods, forms and means of teaching on the level of motivation, as well as students and the administration of the educational organization. The possibilities of implementing teacher's creative potential in professional activity, regardless of the subjects being taught, are analyzed in order to increase the motivation of both a teacher and students. Practical examples of a new approach to the classical types of tasks are offered and their motivational potential is explained. The author substantiates the role of collaborative learning in motivating of a teacher as well as the role of the administration of the educational organization in increasing the internal motivation of teachers. Techniques for effective cooperation between the administration and teaching staff are offered. The author comes to the conclusion about the important role that the nature of relationships between participants in the educational process at all stages and levels plays in the teacher motivation. The necessary elements of motivation such as creativity, respect, autonomy are highlighted.
