Motivational interviewing at treatment of patients with obesity

Prevention of risk factors for noncommunicable diseases has been a priority for the health care system in recent years. As shown by the results of many studies, the use of standard methods of prevention in most cases are less effective. As a result, there is a need to consider another approach to prevention, especially for the behavioral risk factors for noncommunicable diseases. This article is devoted to studying the effectiveness of motivational interviewing in patients with overweight and obesity.
