Article presents results of analysis of sale-managers motivation peculiarities with different professional activity successfulness. There are results of labour motivation structure comparisons in high, middle and low successfulness levels of managers. Correlation between evaluations of proper professions and organizations and professional activity successfulness has analysed. This evaluations examine as a vector which affects on the managers motivation direction.
