Motivational aspect in the development of the competitive personality of folk singer in vocational training

The article determines the role of motivation in the folk singers development during their vocational training. The paper represents the techniques and methods for stimulating motivation in order to achieve the favourable results in student’s professional and personal development. The article suggests the most effective set of pedagogical conditions aimed at increasing motivation for learning activities of the competitive personality of the future folk singer.
