Possibility of the discourse on the concept of “multiple worlds” within Christianity

This work aims to demonstrate the following: the concept of “multiple worlds (MW)” can be found in all forms of explaining the relationship of a person with the outside world: philosophy, religion (Christianity) and science. It is demonstrated that the MW concept was discussed in Christianity before the schism in the writings of Origen, in the Western Christian Middle Ages, after the Schism in the treatises of Richard of Middletown, in the Renaissance in the writings of Nicholas of Cusa and Giordano Bruno. It is suggested that, with some degree of caution, one can allow for the discussion of the MW concept in the writings of the Father of the Eastern Church - St. Basil the Great. In connection with the analysis of the classification of models of the Multiverse (levels I- IV), suggested by M. Tegmark, the “anthropic rational principle” (ARP) is proposed, which allows explaining the connection between the “rational structures of the universe” and their “rational reception” by a person. An assumption is proposed according to which there are invariants of human cognition capable of “behaving” in the same way in all the above forms. The author sees the solution in the fact that being, organized in a certain way - let’s call this form of its organization “ontological propis” - itself again and again brings a person to the concept of MW.
