A multi-agent approach to creation of adaptive intelligent learning systems

The article provides an analytical review of intelligent systems in distance education based on an individualized approach. The relevance of the development of multi-agent systems in the creation of innovative adaptive intelligent environments for online learning based on the use of various approaches and system analysis is shown. Special attention is paid to cognitive agents, which have behavioral and emotional functions of interacting with students in the learning system. The importance of individualization of electronic and distance education for students with different levels of knowledge and the prospects for their development are shown. The main advantages and disadvantages of using an individualized approach when building adaptive intelligent distance online learning systems are presented.
