Municipal rulemaking and problems of systematization of municipal legal acts

This article examines modern approaches to the process of norm-making at the municipal level. The existing trends, problems and their causes are studied. The article considers theoretical aspects of the organization of rulemaking, as well as the practical side of the issue of systematization of municipal legal acts. The relevance of this work is that at the present stage it is necessary to control and regulate the process of norm-making not only at the level of the entire country, but also at the level of each of its individual subjects.
