Municipal unitary enterprises as an element of the property complex of a municipal formation (on the example of the city of Perm)

The purpose of the study is to examine the economic and social processes associated with the work of municipal unitary enterprises. Historical experience shows the determinacy of the need to create municipal unitary enterprises. As a result of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that not all municipal unitary enterprises are capable of generating profit for the budget of the municipality, some are “subsidized”. It is emphasized that the provision of “social” municipal unitary enterprises is the responsibility of the municipality.
