Municipal social control of the employment assistance and development of the social control structure

At the present time of constant changes making competent managerial decisions in a form of the developed employment programs is not enough, it is also urgent to provide the implementation of them. In this regard the social control is substantial, for it allows to assess the program efficiency in proper time and to correct it if necessary in order the further activities to be even more effectual.
