Россия и Вьетнам укрепляют прочные культурные связи, активно продвигая культурное наследие. Музеи вносят значительный вклад в развитие дипломатических отношений между двумя странами. Они участвуют в развитии двусторонней культурной дипломатии через Министерство культуры Российской Федерации, Министерство культуры, спорта и туризма Вьетнама, Ассоциацию дружбы Вьетнама и России, Российский центр культуры и науки, а также посредством культурных организаций, Года культуры, крупных праздников и фестивалей. В данной статье определены специфические характеристики музейной дипломатии во Вьетнаме и России в контексте, проанализированы правовая база и аспекты музейного сотрудничества. «Мягкая сила» музеев способствует развитию культурного, образовательного и туристического обмена между двумя странами. В статье раскрывается значение музеев как субъектов культурной дипломатии. Музейная дипломатия проявляется через выставочные проекты соединяющие Россию и Вьетнам. Анализируются примеры музейного сотрудничества в области выставочной деятельности, направленнные на популяризацию культурного наследия, истории и современного искусства. Автор приходит к выводу, что такие ведущие музеи, как Музей Хо Ши Мина, Национальный музей истории Вьетнама, Государственный Эрмитаж, Государственный музей политической истории России и Государственный музей Востока, играют ключевую роль в продвижении национального имиджа, укреплении взаимопонимания и сближении двух народов.

Museums in the Cultural Diplomacy of Russia and Vietnam
Russia and Vietnam have been strengthening their cultural relations through the promotion of cultural heritage. Museums play a significant role in the development of diplomatic relations between the two countries by participating in bilateral cultural diplomacy initiatives. These activities are implemented through the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam, the Vietnam–Russia Friendship Association, the Russian Center for Culture and Science, as well as various cultural organizations, including the framework of the Year of Culture, major holidays, and festivals. This article identifies the unique characteristics of museum diplomacy in Vietnam and Russia within their specific historical and cultural contexts. It analyzes the regulatory framework and key aspects of museum cooperation between the two countries. The soft power of museums contributes to the development of cultural, educational, and tourism exchanges, thereby enhancing mutual understanding and cooperation. The article emphasizes the importance of museums as active actors in cultural diplomacy. Museum diplomacy is demonstrated through joint exhibition projects between Russia and Vietnam. The study analyzes selected examples of museum cooperation in exhibition activities aimed at promoting cultural, historical, and contemporary artistic heritage. Leading institutions such as the Ho Chi Minh Museum, the Vietnam National Museum of History, the State Hermitage Museum, the Museum of Political History of Russia, and the National Museum of Oriental Art play an important role in promoting national images, enhancing mutual awareness, and fostering closer relations between the two nations.
