Museum as a social media education institute

One of the main issues facing museums at present is the solution of media educational problems, the formation of a digital culture of all sectors of society. The article analyzes the sociocultural ties of the Glazov Museum of Local Lore with museums, cultural and educational organizations of the city, region, republic, Russia. The prospects for improving and introducing new, timely forms of interaction with consumers in order to form media and information literacy and improve the general culture.
