Museum pedagogy as a modern technology in the hands of a preschool teacher

The article was created in order to consider the relevance of using museum pedagogy as a modern educational technology that can be used in working with preschool children. When studying the theoretical material, it was determined that museum pedagogy is considered as a technology of pedagogical activity in the educational fields of "Cognitive development" and "Social and communicative development", presented in the Federal Educational Program of Preschool Education, since it contributes to solving the problems of familiarizing children with the historical, cultural, geographical originality of their native land, as well as the formation of a child's cultural identity awareness of oneself as a person living in a certain socio-historical period, belonging to a certain culture and society. The main task of museum pedagogy is to include the historical and cultural heritage of the settlement in the educational system, to create a new level of development of culture and art by children on the basis of spiritual and moral content, which helps to reveal the museum. Currently, the creation and use of mini-museums in preschool educational organizations is popular, as a separate area of preschool museum pedagogy. The exhibits in the mini-museum of the kindergarten can feature models created by the parents of pupils and teachers. The mini-museum in the kindergarten helps to educate children in a valuable attitude to the art of their hometown, to expand their understanding of the city's industry, about the natural conditions and geographical location of the city, as well as about the peculiarities of culture and outstanding countrymen. Information was collected on the creation of museum expositions in kindergartens of the Municipal Autonomous Preschool Educational Institution kindergarten "Sprout" in the city of Nizhny Salda, Sverdlovsk region, photographic materials of exhibition expositions on the basis of kindergartens "Memory of the war years", "Minerals of the Ural Mountains", "Russian Hut", "Conquest of Outer space" were selected. The given examples of the creation of exhibitions on the basis of mini-museums in kindergarten clearly show that this technology is currently not only popular, but also actively used by teachers of preschool educational organizations for the purpose of versatile development of preschool children.
